Job Purpose: The Product Manager has overallresponsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for therelated product groups and creating the highest return for both TDSYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, thisis a sales enablement position. This will be achieved throughmarketing programs, sales training, sales support, technicalpre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. Theseactivities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both theTD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partnercommunity.Responsibilities: Assistin creation and execution of business plans for the vendor productgroup and associated services that achieve agreed vendor revenuetargets, including business forecasting and business planning forproduct groups with vendors. Implementation ofsales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners and carry outmarketing programs to support product groupobjectives. Developing an understanding ofmarkets, customers' needs andcompetition. Assist in designing effectiveplanning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfilment andinventory obsolescence minimization. Provisionof various reports for the purposes of commercial decisionmaking. Maintenance and development ofoperational level vendor relationships, ensuring highest andcontinuously improving levels of vendor and partnersatisfaction Support to ensure the sales teamis performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group.This will require a close working relationship with the ChannelsSales Team. In order to execute productleadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of salesprocesses, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement sothat remedial actions can be recommended wherenecessary. Knowledge,Skills andExperience: >3to 5 Years of relevant work experience isrequired. Required Education: Bachelor's Degreeor Diploma in Information Technology/Marketing/BusinessStudies/Engineering or other relevant course of study orEquivalent Possesses strong data entryskills. Able to execute instructions and torequest clarification when needed. Able todemonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, anddecision-making. Able to recognize and attendto important details with accuracy andefficiency. Able to perform complexmathematical calculations.



Able to communicateclearly and convey necessary information. Ableto converse and write effectively in English and other local /regional language. Able to create and conductformal presentations. Able to interacteffectively with higher levels of management (managers &above;) Able to negotiate skillfully andpromote/sell ideas persuasively. Understand,communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across variousidentities. Possesses strong organizational andtime management skills, driving tasks tocompletion. Able to work independently withminimum supervision. Able to adjust readily tochange and adapt as needed. Able toconstructively work under stress and pressure when faced with highworkloads and deadlines. Able to collaborateand build solid, effective working relationships withothers. Able to effectivelymulti-task. WorkingConditions: Occasionalnon-standard work hours or overtime as businessrequires. Frequent Travel Required(25%).
