About the Role

Lead the growth of our PMS & AIF Distribution business by driving distributor acquisition, channel expansion, AUM mobilization, and strategic partner engagement across the assigned geography.

Be a part of our growth journey and lead the expansion of a high-performing PMS & AIF Distribution business.

Responsibilities

- Acquire, empanel, activate, and manage distributors and channel partners.
- Achieve AUM, revenue, and business growth targets.
- Drive PMS & AIF sales through IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and National Distributors.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, distributor meets, webinars, and investor awareness programs.
- Generate HNI/UHNI business through the distribution ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product, Investment, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor sales pipeline, partner productivity, MIS,



and business performance.

Qualifications

- ? Qualification: MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) preferred. NISM/CFP/CFA/CA will be an added advantage.
- ? Experience: 8–15 years in PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment Product Distribution, with a proven track record in channel development, distributor acquisition, and AUM mobilization
