Role DescriptionThe Sales Manager position is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru Area.



This role is responsible for:Driving sales of security services by identifying new business opportunitiesMeeting prospective clients and presenting tailored security solutionsDay-to-day responsibilities includeLead GenerationManaging the sales pipelinePreparing proposalsNegotiating contractsAchieving revenue targetsThe role also involves tracking market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing regular sales performance reports to leadership.QualificationsStrong skills in sales development1–2 years of experience in security services, facilities management, or related industriesProficiency in basic business toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and management skillsA bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and security services will be considered.
