The Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive will be contributing towards creating marketing strategies, managing guest relations, building customer loyalty and conducting market research. They will also help the Head Chef in developing menus and planning events that attract recent customers, and work with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts.
The Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive will also analyze data to improve the guest experience and will be responsible for measuring and reporting the success of marketing campaigns.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferredPreferably 2 years' experience in marketing, customer service, or guest relationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to develop and implement marketing strategiesStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a teamKnowledge about marketing research and data analysis tools and methodologyProficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM softwareUnderstanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms including ability to take good photographs/videos and creating interesting posts for social media platforms.CompensationSalary negotiable based on candidate’s experience and educational background.
