About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical finance qualified to join us as Manager / AVP – Finance & Credit. This is an end-to-end ownership role where you'll independently evaluate lending opportunities, conduct financial and business due diligence, present recommendations to the Credit Committee, oversee transaction execution, and manage borrower relationships post-disbursement.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy taking ownership, making commercial decisions, and working closely with businesses to structure and monitor high-quality credit transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete lifecycle of credit transactions—from initial evaluation to final closure.

Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, ratio analysis, and credit underwriting.

Perform business and promoter due diligence, including site visits and stakeholder interactions.

Structure lending transactions by recommending pricing, tenure, collateral, and covenants.

Prepare detailed credit notes and present recommendations to the Credit Committee.

Coordinate documentation, security creation, and disbursement processes.

Manage borrower relationships after disbursement and monitor portfolio performance.

-

Track repayments, identify early warning signals, and ensure timely collections.

-

Mentor junior finance associates and contribute to strengthening underwriting frameworks and internal processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA from a Tier-1 institute.

Minimum 3 years of post-MBA experience in:
