Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational qualification: Masters/Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Overall 12+ years of experience and at least 4-6 years of experience in leading Electrical/Electronic engineering team(s).
- Must have significant hands-on design experience in both PCB Hardware Design and Embedded Electronics/Firmware Development.
What you’ll do
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a group of 6-10 Electrical/Electronic engineers responsible for PCB Hardware Design and Embedded Electronics/Firmware development across multiple Lam products.
- Develop & own roadmap of organizational technical capability that can support long term product group vision.
- Own and deliver PCB Hardware and Embedded System development projects from concept through production release, ensuring quality, cost, schedule and reliability objectives are met.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, schematic reviews, PCB layout reviews,
firmware design reviews, debugging and root-cause analysis activities.
- Drive hardware and embedded system development best practices, including design reviews, design & coding standards, risk assessments, reliability, manufacturability and validation methodologies. Work with leadership peers to drive process improvements as necessary.
- Interacts with India and US-based Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Managers of different Lam Product Groups regarding workflow and in delivering results.
- Interaction with Lam Global suppliers for parts manufacturing / Address design related issues / OEM selections.
