JOB TITLE: CONTENT CREATOR & VIDEO EDITOR

LOCATION: Chennai(Guindy)

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This
is a hands-on, all-rounder content role. The person will shoot and edit
video content (Instagram Reels+ YouTube), design graphics and
thumbnails, and handle product photography. Content direction and briefs
will be provided by the Direction team — the candidate is responsible
for high-quality execution and on-time delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Video Content (Instagram Reels + YouTube)

â Shoot product reviews, unboxings, comparisons, and customer testimonials

â Edit short-form Reels (15–60 sec) with trending audio, captions, and transitions

â Edit long-form YouTube videos (5–15 min) with intros, B-roll, text overlays, and sound design

â Colour-correct footage, sync audio, and add motion graphics or lower thirds

B. Graphic Design & Thumbnails

â Design YouTube thumbnails optimized for click-through rate

â Create Instagram post graphics — offers, price cards, feature comparisons

â Design Stories templates, highlights covers,



and promotional banners

â Maintain visual consistency with brand colours, fonts, and style guidelines

Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS

Must-Have

â Video Editing: Proficient in at least one — Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

â Graphic Design: Proficient in at least one — Canva Pro / Photoshop / Figma

â Instagram Reels: Understanding of trends, hooks, and engagement patterns

â YouTube Editing: Pacing, retention hooks, and thumbnail design

â Bilingual: Ability to create text/captions in Tamil + English

Positive-to-Have

â Motion graphics (After Effects / CapCut templates) â Basic sound design and audio mixing

â Experience creating content for mobile phones / electronics

â Understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions)
