PURPOSE OF JOB
To handle the allocated State/Districts for WLA Sales & Site Acquisition as per Company’s AOP plan and to create the Hitachi ATM Brand awareness in the assigned market and promote Company’s products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Master Franchisee Management OR Vendor On boarding:
- Identify potential Master Franchisees and establish partnerships.
- Responsible for sourcing of recent Master Franchisees.
- Ensure that acquired sites meet the company's legal requirements and coordinate their handover to the project team for ATM deployment.
- Provide training and support to Master Franchisees on ATM operations, security protocols and Customer Service standards.
- Monitor Master Franchisee performance, handle concerns and provide resolution between Master Franchisee and Internal stake holders.
- Assist and communicate frequently with all existing Master Franchisees, ensuring queries / requests are responded appropriately and timely.
- Ensure to maintain healthy relationship with all existing Master Franchisees.
- Customer centric approach to deal,

2. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Ensuring documentations and compliance of company rules and regulations at all the times.

3. ATM Performance and Maintenance:
- Monitor ATM performance metrics, including uptime, transaction success rates.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for ATM maintenance & repairs.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize ATM performance.
- Develop strategies to enhance transactions and profitability for low-revenue sites.
