About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and create engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement, along with the ability to execute ideas quickly and effectively.

Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

â Plan, create, and execute high
performing social media content (Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels)

â Handle end-to-end content
production from idea â shoot â edit â publish

â Stay on top of trends, memes, and
platform algorithms

â Write engaging captions that
don’t sound robotic

â Collaborate with marketing,
design, and sales teams

â Analyze performance metrics and
optimize content accordingly

â Maintain brand voice while
experimenting with creative formats

â Manage posting schedules and
ensure consistency

Required Skills

â Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn,
and short-form content

â Basic to advanced skills in video editing




(Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects/Canva)

â Good eye for design, aesthetics, and
storytelling

â Ability to think fast and execute faster

â Strong copywriting skills.

â Understanding of analytics and performance
tracking

Bonus

â Experience in social media marketing or agency work
