What Drives Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (IC4) for Monitoring Tools to drive the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of enterprise monitoring and observability solutions across IT landscape. This role requires hands-on expertise in monitoring platforms along with the ability to define and scale observability strategies aligned to business-critical services.
As an IC4, you will provide robust technical leadership while remaining hands-on,



acting as a subject matter expert in monitoring technologies and leading technical initiatives. You will be responsible for enabling proactive issue detection, improving system reliability and performance, and driving automation and optimization across monitoring frameworks.
The role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams, translating technical insights into business impact, and championing best practices in monitoring, observability, and operational excellence to deliver scalable and resilient solution
Key Responsibilities
