Role Overview: As an L1-NOC Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customer issues.

Your role is critical in ensuring our IT systems run smoothly by providing immediate and

effective support through phone, chat, or email. This position involves monitor the complete

infra and initial fault resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

ï· Monitor IT Infrastructure:

o Monitor NOC dashboard, monitorservers, networks, and applications using monitoring

tools (e.g., Prometheus, Graffana, Nagios, SolarWinds).





o Respond to alerts, analyse logs, and determine the severity of incidents.

ï· Incident Management & Troubleshooting:

o Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic network,server, and application issues.

o Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.

o Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution.

ï· Ticket Management:

o Create, update, and track incidentsin the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira,

Remedy).

o Follow SLAs for response and resolution times.

ï· Basic Network & System Administration:

o Perform initial troubleshooting of Access point,servers,system, VPN connections.

o Execute basic commands (e.g., ping, traceroute, netstat) to diagnose connectivity issues.

o Restartservices or applications as required.

ï· Reporting & Documentation:

o Maintain incident logs and prepare shift handover reports.

o Document troubleshooting steps and up
