Senior Enterprise Applications Service Manager (Commercial & Operations)
We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Enterprise Applications Service Manager. You will manage our SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle estates with a dual focus: driving platform adoption to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while ensuring best-in-class SLAs for BAU operations.

Core Responsibilities
- Commercial Growth: Analyze platform usage data to identify gaps, recommending SAP,



Salesforce, and Oracle add-ons, modules, or user-tier upgrades to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- BAU SLA Governance: Establish, monitor, and enforce best-in-class Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with vendors to ensure near-zero downtime.
- Value Realization: Partner with business units to ensure they maximize their current software investments, turning technical capabilities into measurable business value.
- Incident & Change Ownership: Oversee major incident management and change control processes, protecting BAU stability during platform expansions.
- Cross-Functional Advisory: Serve as the strategic liaison between technical delivery teams, sales enablement, finance, and executive stakeholders.
