Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Service Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive operational excellence within the Consumer Banking Group
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, improve process efficiency, and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including task allocation, performance management, and team development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer journey




- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize team performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners
- Possess experience in the Mumbai mortgage business, with a proven track record of building a loan against property business from scratch
- Demonstrate excellent team handling skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on consumer banking or mortgage lending
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of Service Managers or sim
