Role Clarity & Key Responsibilities

Sales Outreach

· Conduct outbound calls to business clients

· Connect with decision-makers and generate
qualified leads

· Schedule appointments for the Business
Development team

· Deliver effective sales pitches

· Build relationships through calls, emails, and
follow-ups

Lead Generation & Market Research

· Research industries, companies, and target
prospects





· Identify current business opportunities

· Build, manage, and update prospect databases

· Qualify leads and support the sales pipeline

Sales Support

· Send follow-up emails and business communication

· Share company profiles, presentations, and
service information

· Coordinate meetings with prospective clients

· Maintain prospect records and activity trackers

Requirements

Experience

· 1–2 years in Inside Sales / Business Development
/ Lead Generation / Outbound Sales / Telecalling

· Outbound calling experience is mandatory

· Experience calling business (B2B) clients is
mandatory

· Exposure to the Indian market is preferred

· Freshers are not eligible
