- To
identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and to follow the project
schedule that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required for the
given project.
- To
oversee all the technical aspects of the project.
- To
understand all design documents and drawings related to site execution.
- To
complete the project within the agreed budget and timelines.
- To
ensure verification of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) along with materials available in office by other team
members.
- To
check all the construction drawings with respect to site conditions.
- To
coordinate with the design team for changes in construction drawings in
alliance with the site project head.
- To
ensure that work is not executed without approved construction drawings that
suit to site.
- To
verify all the installations done by team members on a daily basis and make
necessary corrections, if any.
- To help the team members in identifying
the proper BOQ items and manage daily material issues from stores.
- To follow all the working and safety
protocols at the site as per requirements.




- To ensure that a daily site report are
prepared on the work done and track the same with the project plan.
- To report changes, if any, with proper
explanations for delays or otherwise.
- To prepare and get approval on the
stage-wise work completion reports wherever required from the client on a
regular basis.
- To take care of the tools and tackles and
ensure that they are handled properly and are not misplaced at the site.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- To
assign and monitor the work allotted to the site team (Heating, Ventilation,
Air Conditioning ( HVAC), electrical, utility, etc.
- To
coordinate effectively between the design and site teams.
- To
ensure proper installation of systems such as HVAC, air compressors, water
systems, chillers, mechanical piping, plumbing, hot water generators, Diesel Generator Sets (DG), fire hydrants, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Management
