Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Mumbai & Pan India

Industry: Prestressing Systems, Post-Tensioning, Bridge & Infrastructure Projects
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across India is required.

Position Objective
To lead business development and marketing initiatives across Mumbai and Pan India, with a focus on identifying recent project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing the company’s visibility among consultants, contractors, infrastructure developers, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and implement regional Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
 Identify and generate leads for prestressing, post-tensioning, and bridge-related projects across Pan India.
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, infrastructure developers, and government bodies.
 Conduct regular visits to client offices, consultants,



and project sites for business development activities.
 Prepare and submit technical-commercial offers, proposals, prequalification documents, and tender submissions.
 Coordinate with the Head Office regarding pricing, project status, technical clarifications, and client communications.
 Monitor tender notifications, project developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
 Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.
 Prepare monthly Sales & Marketing reports, sales forecasts, enquiry status reports, and
regional performance updates.
 Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Marketing, Design, Execution, and Accounts teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
 MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Busines
