Job Title: Production Intern

About the Role:
If you’re someone who enjoys being on set more than just watching content online, this might be for you. As a Production Intern at Confluencr, you’ll work closely with our in-house production team to bring digital-first content to life - from planning to shoot execution

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of shoots for brand and creator content
- Support on-ground production activities including set preparation and coordination
- Handle and manage production equipment (camera, lights, audio gear, etc.)
- Ensure all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, talent, and operations) for shoot requirements
- Help in managing shoot logistics – locations, props, schedules, and permissions
- Be actively involved during shoots to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in basic production documentation and inventory tracking

Requirements:
- Strong interest in content production, shoots, and digital media
- Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment




- Willingness to work on-field and be part of shoot environments
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, energetic setup
- Prior internship/project experience in production is a plus

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with production equipment and setup
- Basic understanding of social media content formats (Reels, YouTube, ads, etc.)
- Problem-solving attitude during on-ground execution
- Team player with a proactive approach
