Job Title: DevOps (Development and Operations) Engineer — Multi-Cloud (Amazon Web Services [AWS] & Microsoft Azure)
Role/Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on DevOps (Development and Operations) Engineer with solid experience in container orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s) and multi-cloud operations across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The role requires practical expertise in building and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability to enable faster, more reliable software delivery. The candidate will collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to automate, secure, and optimize the entire deployment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes (K8s),
including cluster provisioning, Helm chart management, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Implement and manage containerization using Docker, including image optimization and registry management.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Azure Monitor, or Amazon CloudWatch.
- Automate operational tasks and system configurations through scripting (Python, Bash/Shell).
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud environments (DevSecOps practices, secrets management, and role-based access control [RBAC]).
- Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement of system reliability
