Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Business Manager – ZecureX will be responsible for driving the growth of ZyBiSys’ cybersecurity business across India. The role requires a strong blend of business development, strategic account engagement, solution positioning, pipeline generation, and customer relationship management.

The individual will work closely with internal Account Managers, SOC teams, Product teams, and leadership to build a strong cybersecurity pipeline, identify opportunities within existing and new accounts, and drive closure of cybersecurity managed services opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, understanding of cybersecurity services, and the ability to engage with CXOs, IT Heads, CISO teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Drive cybersecurity services revenue targets for the ZecureX portfolio across India.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for managed cybersecurity services.




- Identify new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers.
- Drive quarterly and annual business targets aligned to organizational goals.
- Customer Engagement & Solution Positioning
- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Risk & Compliance teams to understand customer security challenges and business requirements.
- Position ZecureX managed cybersecurity offerings aligned to customer requirements.
- Conduct strategic customer discussions, solution presentations, and business reviews.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with regional Account Managers to drive cybersecurity opportunities within their accounts.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, SOC, Product, and Delivery teams for solutioning and proposal creation.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams for campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
