Role Overview
The Product & Ops Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence, product execution, and delivery governance across strategic digital and business initiatives within the Coca-Cola system. This role serves as the connective layer between business priorities, product teams, operating units, and execution partners to ensure initiatives are effectively prioritized, operationalized, adopted, and scaled. The role combines product leadership, operational management, and execution oversight to accelerate value delivery, improve organizational alignment, and enhance business outcomes.
