The Senior Specialist – HR / Legal IT is a techno‑functional role responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and support of HR and Legal technology solutions within an enterprise environment. This position combines solid hands‑on technical expertise with solid functional knowledge of HR and Legal business processes to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant IT solutions.
The role involves hands‑on development using .NET Core, MVC framework, SQL Server, and modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Lists. The Senior Specialist contributes to application and system architecture using .NET Core–based solutions, supports automation and low‑code initiatives, and ensures alignment with architectural standards and governance.
