Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
- Lead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce architecture that address complex business needs across the APAC region,
ensuring alignment with global standards and Salesforce best practices, support APAC CRM Delivery.
- Collaborate closely with global and regional Salesforce Solution Architects, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to understand, document, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware (e.g., WebMethods, MuleSoft, Informatica), and data integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Guide and govern the use of DTL tools/platforms for efficient data transformation and loading within Salesforce projects.
- Create, review, and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, architecture diagrams, process maps, and KDD (Key Design Decision) documents to guide development and ensure solution quality.
