About this Role





We are seeking a telecom professional with strong roaming and mobile network expertise, combined with hands-on experience in AI, GenAI and automation technologies, to support Vodafone Roaming Services (VRS). This role offers the chance to enhance roaming service quality across global networks, contribute to service launches, troubleshoot network performance issues, and drive intelligent automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. The successful candidate will work across 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and VoLTE technologies while developing AI-powered solutions, automation workflows and analytics capabilities.
