About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants across the USA staffing market. The ideal candidate must have robust expertise in bench sales, vendor management, rate negotiation, consultant marketing, and client coordination within the US staffing ecosystem.




This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network of prime vendors and implementation partners, and the ability to place consultants efficiently on C2C, W2, and contract opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants across the US IT staffing market
- Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on technologies and experience
- Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
- Maintain daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure consultants are marketed aggressively through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
- Manage end-to-end bench sales lifecyc
