About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst - APAC Payroll (Singapore and India) who will support the delivery of end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring payroll activities are processed accurately, compliantly and within agreed timelines while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Accountabilities:
- Execute end-to-end India payroll activities including payroll processing, payroll runs and post-payroll activities.
- Manage payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations and payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and other statutory requirements.
- Support payroll audits, governance reviews and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries, discrepancies and complex payroll issues in a timely manner.




- Support employee lifecycle payroll activities including onboarding, transfers, leave processing and Full & Final settlements.
- Maintain payroll controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with Payroll Advisory, HR, Finance and external payroll service providers to ensure effective payroll delivery.
- Support payroll-related system enhancements, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute towards standardization, process efficiencies and service excellence across payroll operations.

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 6 years of relevant India payroll experience.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, payroll execution and post-payroll activities.
- Proven experience supporting payroll populations of approximately 1,000 e
