Description
As a Relationship Manager-Agency, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing agents/brokers. Your key focus will be on identifying high-potential agencies and individuals, and recruiting them to join our team. Additionally, you will be tasked with activating and training these agents to ensure they are equipped to drive business in health and non-motor segments, and achieve their assigned targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit quality agents/brokers with high business potential.
- Focus on recruiting agents for health and non-motor business segments.
- Activate and train recruited agents to ensure they meet benchmark standards.
- Achieve assigned PMS targets through effective intermediary mapping.
- Provide regular training sessions and support to agents.
- Hold meetings and interactions with agents to maintain a robust relationship.
- Maintain systematic records of all agent interactions and activities.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in agency management or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
