Position Summary

ASSA ABLOY is looking for Area Sales Manager – Yale based out of Cochin, responsible to generate business from defined territories. Details as below:

Roles & Responsibility
- Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail - Project business as per plan.
- Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance
- Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories among the influencers like Architects and Builders.
- Specify Yale brand in Residential projects
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
- Conducting Service camps in builder sites.
- Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
- Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
- Responsible for Primary sales
- Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal / Regional Manager for forecasts and budgeting

- Have functional knowledge of Project business in building material industry

- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Should be responsive, organized and energetic

- Shows high drive for results and execution excellence. Follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved
- Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time
- Proficiency in MS excel and power point

Qualification Criteria:
- Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
- 6–7 years previous total experience in retail sales and residential projects, Hardware or building materials Industry.

Travel extensively in the assigned territory to generate business.
