Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and hands-on senior engineer with extensive experience delivering top technical solutions, delivering data experience design to build and optimize a marketplace for data access, and exceptional experience in advanced analytics and enterprise reporting and BI solutions. This role will be pivotal in bridging business needs with data discoverability and use, ensuring our customers have access to trusted insights for use to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:




- Lead the development and delivery of the LPL Intelligence Marketplace, enabling consumers to discover and use certified data and AI assets through a unified experience
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions, including data models, data marts, and reporting systems
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into centralized repositories (data warehouses, data lakes)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all BI deliverables; implement data validation and reconciliation processes
- Support and enhance data governance, cataloging, and lineage initiatives to ens
