About the role
Support media financial operations by ensuring accurate, timely processing and reconciliation of media invoices, accruals, and spend records. Maintain financial hygiene, compliance, and transparency across media investments to enable effective financial governance.

Main Responsibilities
- Process, validate,



and reconcile media invoices against media plans, contracts, and delivery reports.
- Track media spend, accruals, and billing status to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, credit notes, and invoice variances in coordination with agencies and vendors.
- Maintain billing trackers and provide regular financial status updates to stakeholders.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities through timely accruals and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
- Validate delivery data in collaboration with Ad Operations and QA teams to support invoice accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all billing-related activities.

Skilled & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of media billing, invoicing cycles, and reconciliation processes.
- High proficiency in Excel and billing trackers; ability to manage lar
