We are looking for a Senior Accountant to be responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a very strong understanding of the P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow transactions, and with deep understanding of financial systems.
This role will work closely with the Accounting Manager and the Director of Finance to own processes, procedures and to create efficiencies where possible as we look to scale the business in the US and India.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of financial systems and processes, including General Ledger, billing, T&E;, and AP procurement.
- Support the month-end financial close process, ensuring all revenue and expenses are properly recorded, and balance sheet and bank reconciliations are complete across multiple entities.
- Maintain the Company’s general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, including assisting in preparing and posting journal entries for fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and intercompany adjustments.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
- Support timely and accurate payroll processing and book appropriate journal entries in coordination with the Accounting Manager.
