The ServiceNow Development Lead is a key role within the IT Service Management function, responsible for the technical leadership, governance, and delivery of development activities on the ServiceNow platform.
The role ensures that ServiceNow solutions are designed and built in a scalable, secure, and upgrade‑safe manner, aligned with platform strategy, enterprise architecture, and business priorities. Acting as the technical lead for ServiceNow development, the incumbent provides hands‑on expertise, sets development standards, mentors internal developers, and ensures high‑quality delivery across ITSM and other ServiceNow capabilities.Main Tasks and Responsibilities
