Job summary
- The Network Infrastructure team is responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of DigiCert's global production network.
- This position serves as a first responder for network incidents and operational requests, providing initial troubleshooting, monitoring, and administration of production network systems.

What you will do

Network Operations & Monitoring

Monitor the health, performance, and availability of global production network infrastructure.

Review device logs, alerts,



and monitoring systems to identify and respond to operational issues.

Perform initial troubleshooting and incident response for network-related events.

Troubleshoot network, application, database, DNS, load balancing, and service connectivity issues across data center and cloud environments.

Work with Internet service providers, telecommunications carriers, cloud providers, application teams, database administrators, and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve connectivity, routing, latency, and service-impacting issues.

Participate in incident response activities and assist with service restoration efforts during production outages.

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while providing accurate documentation and diagnostics.
