The primary objective of the role is to drive the implementation of process improvement initiatives across PPS sites globally to enhance operational efficiency and to create a continuous improvement culture.KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Should be able to deploy the practices across the assigned sites/functions as per the corporate OE plan
•Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies.
•An expert in the use of Lean, ToC and Six Sigma tools & methodology. Coach and guide the users on utilizing these tools appropriately to implement projects and drive problem solving. Should be able to proactively identify obstacles and thus assist in the managing the projects.
•Facilitate Lean Six Sigma – White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and other OE training Programs across locations to build a culture of continuous improvement
•Develop & strategize excellence models relevant to the function & align to the corporate OE Model. Coaching & guiding function teams on
