Job Description Summary:
Position Summary
The RCM Systems Administrator will be responsible for creating and managing system permissions and user accounts, technical projects involving the creation of automation macros within the RCM organization, 3rd party Payer Portal management, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, gSuite Google Drive folder administration for BOOST - including Global Vendors, RCM Teams, and RCM Clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Global User Access Management
- Maintain secure logs for all incoming requests from Global Teams, including requests for Recent Access, Terminations, and Trouble Tickets
- Submit requests for ModMed People Ops or ModMed IT using established templates that correspond with the request type and include necessary stakeholders in ticket requests for visibility and
