As a Staff Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level business goals and hands-on execution. You will build scalable systems, define architectural blueprints, and actively mentor engineering teams across both front-end and back-end ecosystems.

Key responsibilities:
- System Architecture & Design: Architect, design, and implement highly scalable, reliable,



and secure end-to-end distributed systems.
- Hands-on Development: Write and review complex, reusable code across the entire technology stack to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Technical Leadership: Guide product development from conceptualization to deployment, providing high-level estimates, architectural blueprints, and technical oversight.
- Mentorship & Culture: Actively mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive engineering best practices (e.g., secure coding, CI/CD).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into functional, high-quality software.

Skills and attributes for success:
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Front-End Technologies: Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.js, or Next.js.
