SAP BRIM – CONVERGENT CHARGING Assistant Manager
Role Summary
SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP BRIM modules. This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, focusing on BRIM related activities including gathering business needs, configuring system settings and understand integration with OTC (Order to Cash / Sales & Distribution ) conducting testing, resolving issues, and training users throughout full-cycle implementations and support.
Main Responsibilities
Configure and support Convergent Charging components: charge plans, rate plans, pricing models, usage-based and event-based charging scenarios, and balance management and charging rules
Configure, test, and debug new and existing charge plans
Configure and maintain core CC objects including BITs & CITs, Chargeable Item Classes, Allowance and balance management logic, Price Plans & Charge Plans, Cross-Catalog Mapping Tables
