Job Summary
The IT Reporting Lead at LPL Financial Corp will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of IT reports and dashboards, providing critical insights into IT operations, performance, and compliance. This role will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the IT department.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex IT reports and dashboards using various reporting tools (e.g.,



Power BI, Tableau).
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders (e.g., Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Operations) to gather and understand reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data presented in all IT reports.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance practices for IT reporting.
- Develop and implement processes for report validation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT reporting and analytics.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on reporting insights to IT leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues in a timely manner.
