As an APAC Regional Fleet Manager, you will bring your expertise, leadership, and customer-focused mindset to support and drive the corporate fleet and mobility program across the Asia Pacific region.

About You
In this role, you will lead and support strategic and operational fleet management activities across APAC as part of the GBS STP Travel, Expense, Meetings & Fleet (TEMF) organization.
You will work closely with regional stakeholders, country fleet resources, suppliers, procurement, finance, risk management,



and global fleet teams to ensure high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, compliance, and innovation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and capable of managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple countries.

Job responsibilities include:

Strategic Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and guide in-country fleet resources and suppliers across APAC.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet and mobility support.
- Provide fleet and mobility guidance aligned with company policies and local regulations.
- Assess mobility needs within the organization and recommend improvements.
- Drive process optimization and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Advise stakeholders on supplier strategies, innovations, and market best practices.
- Lead or participate in fleet transformation initiatives, including sustainability and electrification programs.
