Description
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience delivering Cyber Security / Information security projects or PMO
- Ability to work independently within a diverse, global team environment
- Strong sense of accountability with a collaborative working style and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive engagement across programmes
- Ability to act as an escalation point for complex delivery, stakeholder, or technical issues
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Copilot)
- Familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Ability to interpret data and translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights
- Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience conducting risk assessments, control reviews, or security evaluations
- Comfortable working with data tools, reporting platforms, and dashboards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders
- Highly proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience of Agile Change delivery, as well as managing complex delivery schedules, risk and action logs, and ongoing stakeholder communication
Prior KPMG or Big 4 experience is essential
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a global cyber risk programme designed to help KPMG member firms assess, understand, and manage their information security risks
- Contribute to an initiative that builds risk profiles and reporting insights based on defined cyber risk scenarios (e.g., data breaches, system disruptions, third-party risks)
- Provide technical information security expertise to interpret risk data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations
- Work as part of a global delivery team supporting multiple KPMG member firms across
