Job Description

Role Overview
Design Interns will support the Product Design team in creating intuitive, consistent, and impactful experiences for enterprise users. They will work on real product features, learn design systems,



contribute to user-centered research and discovery, and collaborate with senior designers and design managers to deliver measurable value. This role is especially relevant for candidates who are curious about artificial intelligence (AI), agentic design practices, and how emerging technologies can help people complete complex work with greater clarity, trust, and control.

What Makes You Qualified?
- Portfolio with 2–3 projects showing process and outcomes.
- Robust fundamentals in interaction design, hierarchy, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) design tools and workflows, including Figma, Lovable, Cursor, or similar tools used for exploration, prototyping, and design iteration.
- Understanding of agentic design practices, including designing experiences where AI systems can plan, act, explain their reasoning, request confirmat
