About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Gas-based Fire Suppression System Design, Estimation / Project Engineer to join our Design/Project Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, estimating, developing, and executing fire suppression systems that comply with industry standards and client requirements. You will work closely with design and project teams to ensure protected, efficient, and code-compliant fire protection solutions.
- Design, estimate, and develop fire suppression systems, including clean agent-based systems (e.g., FK 5112, HFC 227ea, Inert gas), total flooding/local application systems, kitchen suppression systems, etc., tailored to client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD and other design software.
- Conduct flow calculations (UL, VDS, etc.) and system performance analyses to ensure optimal design efficiency.
- Review project requirements and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams,



including project engineers, architects, and consultants, to deliver integrated fire protection solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes (e.g., NFPA, EN, VDS, UL, FM, local fire codes).
- Assist in preparing tender documents, cost estimates, and technical proposals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in fire suppression systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required to support project progress and resolve design-related issues.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to clients and team members clearly.
