Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our banca partners. Your primary focus will be on business procurement and achieving assigned targets. You will also be responsible for branch servicing, ensuring timely renewal data, claim processing, and policy issuance. Additionally, you will actively work towards increasing cross-sell and retail business opportunities from branches.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular branch visits to build and strengthen relationships with banca partners.
- Procure new business and achieve assigned targets for mapped branches.
- Provide excellent branch servicing, including timely renewal data updates and policy issuance.
- Process and manage claims efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance retail business.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.




- Collaborate with the bancassurance team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on business performance.
- Attend training sessions and stay informed about product knowledge and industry updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Age bar below 35 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the bancassurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building robust relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel for branch visits and client meetings.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and strategies.
