Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and acquire current clients in the respective location for both EB and Non-EB insurance products.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospects, including SMEs, corporates, and industries requiring general insurance solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their insurance requirements are comprehensively addressed.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry in the Kolkata region.
- Leverage local market knowledge to customize insurance solutions for clients.
- Work closely with underwriters, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure competitive quotes and smooth policy issuance.
- Coordinate with claims teams to assist clients in claim settlement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance guidelines at all times.
