The T&OD; Specialist within our Services Center plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the Institute’s global Talent and Organizational Development processes. This individual contributor role is responsible for coordinating and administering programs related to goal setting, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. The role ensures these processes are executed with consistency, data accuracy, and a strong employee experience, partnering closely with HR, people leaders, and global stakeholders. Additionally, the role supports the design, communication, and continuous improvement of talent programs to strengthen organizational capability and employee development.

Essential Duties
- Administer and support the Institute’s global Talent & Organizational Development processes, including performance management, goal-setting, succession planning, and Connect check-ins
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates within talent systems and templates, maintaining robust data integrity across all processes
- Coordinate and facilitate communications,



resources, timelines, and guidance for annual talent programs with HR Partners and People Leaders
- Partner with HR Business Partners and global Talent & Organizational Development stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of talent processes and enhance the employee experience
- Support the administration and end-to-end execution of the employee engagement survey, including documentation, communications, system readiness, tracking, and reporting logistics
- Prepare dashboards, trackers, analytics, and summaries to support insights and decision-making related to talent, performance, engagement, and succession data
- Provide first-level support and respond to inquiries from HR teams, leaders, and employees regarding talent and engagement programs
