Kiln & Tar plant (Supervisor) BHIWADI, India | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Kiln/Dryer Supervisor to oversee critical kiln/dryer parameters including Kiln critical temperature, Dryer temperature monitor, Tar plant, and Shot Blasting Machines operation monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety while leading a skilled maintenance team.

Qualifications s Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Ceramic / Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of Kiln operation experience in Refractory/ Whiteware/ Glass plants.
- Hands-on expertise with Kiln critical temp. controlling, dryer operation, tar plants, and shot blasting machines operation monitoring. Solid knowledge of ceramic raw materials & processes systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Your role
- Supervise troubleshooting of kiln and dryer critical temperature.
- Lead and mentor a team of operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.




- To ensure and minimize PNG gas consumption by optimizing kiln loading and troubleshooting during power cut.
- Maintain and check accurate records of the kiln temp and maintain the accurate temperature of Tar plant vessel work.

Compliance s Safety
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms.
- Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
