Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in a hardcore press component manufacturing line. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of press tools, press machines, and manufacturing processes and should be capable of handling day-to-day production activities, manpower, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the press component manufacturing line.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and schedule.
- Handle and supervise production operators and manpower effectively.
- Monitor press machines and production processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Must have good practical knowledge of press tools, dies, and press component manufacturing processes.
- Ensure proper setting and operation of press machines as per process requirements.




- Monitor production quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
- Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, 5S, and workplace discipline.
- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
