The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes for overseas clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of Gulf recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred).
- Experience hiring for GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).
- Solid sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
