Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery) from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Council (NMC) and any applicable state medical councils.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience in general surgery, with documented proficiency in laparoscopic (lapro) surgical procedures.
- Proven experience in performing common laparoscopic surgeries with demonstrated surgical precision and patient safety outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of surgical anatomy,
infection control protocols, and perioperative care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and lifelong learning in surgical medicine.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital documentation tools.
