We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, ELV, BMS, and ICT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving current business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT Infrastructure, ELV, BMS, and ICT solutions.
- Generate leads through consultants, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tender submissions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, estimation, engineering, and project teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records,



and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
