About the
Role

The
Program Manager – Health will be responsible for managing and overseeing the
implementation of Mobile Health Units (MHUs) and other health initiatives
across assigned states. The role involves project design, operational
oversight, monitoring, donor coordination, and collaboration with state and
head office teams to ensure effective, compliant, and timely programme
delivery.

The
position serves as a critical coordination link between field teams, state
offices, donors, and central functions, ensuring high‑quality service delivery,
strong stakeholder engagement, and achievement of programme outcomes.

Key
Responsibilities:

1.
Project Management & Implementation

· Oversee
the execution of MHU and other health projects across assigned states, ensuring
alignment with organisational goals and donor requirements.
